Jammu and Kashmir: Migrant labourer from Bihar shot dead by terrorists in Anantnag
The victim, whom the police identified as Raju Sah of Bihar, succumbed to injuries during treatment.
Two terrorists were killed in a gunfight with security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Shopian district on Friday.
The gunfight broke out in an orchard area of the Dragad-Sugan village after security forces surrounded the area following information about the presence of terrorists.
“Bodies of the two slain militants and their weapons have been recovered. Searches are still going on in the area,” police sources said.

As the security forces came closer, the hiding militants opened fire, triggering an encounter.
Additional forces were rushed to the area to flush out the militants from the orchard area, police sources said.
On Thursday, two Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists were killed in an encounter with the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
