The Kapoor family is gearing up for the much-speculated wedding in the tinsel town. Sonam Kapoor, the fashionista from the Hindi film industry, will tie the knot with Delhi-based businessman Anand Ahuja on 8 May 2018.
On Wednesday night (May 2), Sonam’s sister Rhea Kapoor shared a video on Instagram where Arjun Kapoor and sister Anshula Kapoor are seen visiting Sonam Kapoor.

In the video, Arjun is standing at the door of a room full of cousins. Rhea asks Arjun “What are you saying, Chaach? To which he replies, “It’s like I am watching Veere Di Wedding getting live. The reality… Like aur kitne tareefan chahiye tainu? Sonu, you are not even listening, you are not interested. To this, Sonam said No, no… I am just figuring something out.”

In an interview to Hindustan Times, Arjun Kapoor said, “Sonam checks on me like a mother now. She calls every week, asking if she should send something to eat, or if I need anything else. She has become this mother-father-brother-sister.”
“The Kapoor and Ahuja families take great joy and pride in announcing the marriage of Sonam and Anand. The wedding will take place on May 8 in Mumbai,” said in a statement issued on behalf of the Kapoor and Ahuja families on Tuesday (May 1).
Sonam and Anand had kept their relationship under wraps for many years and only recently became very public about their relationship.
On the work front, Sonam Kapoor’s latest film Veere Di Wedding is all set to hit screens on 1 June 2018 which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania.
