The city of Udaipur is buzzing with wedding magic as Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna celebrate their much-anticipated nuptials at ITC Mementos. The couple’s four-day wedding extravaganza is a private affair with only close family and friends invited to share in festivities.
The celebrations kicked off with lively sangeet ceremony on February 24. Dance, music, heartfelt moments ruled the night. But the talk of the evening was Rashmika’s special performance for her groom-to-be. She is said to have danced to the hit song “Angaaron” from the 2024 blockbuster ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’, where she played the female lead opposite Allu Arjun. The song, which went viral on release, made a perfect romantic touch for the evening.

Adding to the emotional charm of the night, Vijay’s mother reportedly gifted Rashmika traditional heirloom bangles. According to reports, the couple made a grand entrance, walking hand-in-hand, as venue sparkled with banners and posters celebrating their love story.

VIP guests keep it intimate
While the wedding is intimate, a few industry friends did make it to the celebrations. Directors Sandeep Reddy Vanga, Rahul Ravindran, and Tharun Bhascker were there, along with actresses Ashika Ranganath and Eesha Rebba, and stylist Shravya Varma.
The big day ahead
The lovebirds are ready to tie the knot on February 26 in Udaipur, marking the beginning of a new chapter in their lives. The celebrations won’t end there. A grand reception is planned in Hyderabad on March 4, 2026.
Vijay and Rashmika kept their relationship largely private for years. They recently shared big news with fans in heartfelt note recently. This officially revealed their wedding plans. Alongside announcement, they confirmed their couple name VIROSH, a name fans have already embraced with excitement.
