Ram Charan’s wife, Upasana Kamineni, appears to have dropped a hint about her plans for expanding their family. The couple, who welcomed their first child, Klinkaara Konidela, in June 2023, seem to be gearing up for “round two” of parenthood.
During a recent interaction in Hyderabad, Upasana opened up about various aspects of women’s health and her personal choices. Emphasizing the importance of prioritizing one’s health, she expressed her belief that women should take charge of their well-being and make choices that align with their needs and desires.
Upasana, who became a mother at the age of 34, reiterated that she has no regrets about the timing of her decision, emphasizing that it was her choice. Hinting at her readiness for another child, she quipped, “And I’m ready for round two whenever my doctor is. My health, my choice.”

The couple’s journey into parenthood began after years of dating, culminating in their grand wedding in 2012. Recently, Upasana celebrated the arrival of her sister Anushpala’s twin girls, Ayraa Pushpa Ebrahim and Ryka Sucharita Ebrahim, with a heartwarming post on Instagram.
Sharing a delightful picture featuring Ram, Klinkaara, the twins, and their parents, Upasana welcomed the newest additions to their family with joy and affection.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan is occupied with his professional commitments, currently filming “Game Changer” alongside director Shankar and actor Kiara Advani. The much-anticipated movie is slated for release later this year.
Additionally, he is gearing up to resume shooting for an untitled project helmed by “Uppena” director Buchi Babu Sana. While casting details are still under wraps, fans are eagerly awaiting further updates on the film.
