Collaborating with director Tharun Moorthy, known for his commendable work in films like “Operation Java” and “Saudi Vellakka,” Mohanlal took to social media to share the big reveal.
Expressing his anticipation, Mohanlal posted a snapshot with the film’s team and conveyed his excitement about teaming up with Tharun Moorthy and producer M. Renjith for this special project. He disclosed that the film’s script is penned by KR Sunil and Tharun Moorthy himself, promising an engaging storyline.

This announcement comes following Mohanlal’s recent appearance in the fantasy drama “Malaikottai Vaaliban,” directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery, which hit theaters on January 25, 2024. Additionally, fans can look forward to the release of “Empuran,” the second installment of the highly acclaimed “Lucifer” series in 2024, further solidifying Mohanlal’s presence in the film industry.
Mohanlal’s illustrious career has earned him widespread recognition, with five National Film Awards and nine Kerala State Film Awards to his name, along with accolades from Filmfare Awards South and various other prestigious institutions. Notably, his contributions have been honored with honorary doctorates from Sree Sankaracharya University of Sanskrit in 2010 and the University of Calicut in 2018.
