The movie starring Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham received a U/A certificate after CBFC made ten cuts, according to sources. The duration of Pathaan is 2 hours and 26 minutes, as stated on the certificate. Whether the saffron bikini in the song Besharam Rang, which sparked numerous complaints, has been requested to be removed or not is still unclear.

Some people appreciated Pathaan’s debut song, ‘Besharam Rang’, featuring the key actors, while others felt it disrespectful as Deepika was wearing a saffron bikini. Since the debates have heated up, everyone’s attention has been focused on Shah Rukh and Deepika’s reactions as Pathaan’s release date comes closer.

Despite all of these factors, Pathaan evokes feelings in the millions of fans who have been eagerly awaiting the arrival of Shah Rukh Khan to the big screen. Two songs from the movie have so far been released, and both of them have gained an alot of popularity among fans who also adore the couple’s on-screen chemistry. Besharam Rang has sparked a lot of controversy among a number of people, yet the Central Board of Film Certification gave the movie a UA rating after 10 changes were made based on recommendations from the CBFC.

Hope that the harsh punishment taken by CBFC will stop the aggressive people who continuously urged that the Hindu sentiments are being hurt and showed their anger in public. We witnessed last month in Indore furious protesters torch the effigies of Deepika Padukone and Shah Rukh Khan in order to demand that the Pathaan movie should be banned. A few days after the release of Besharam Rang, Madhya Pradesh minister Narottam Mishra himself spoke to the media and expressed his open objection to the song’s use of a saffron outfit. He claimed the movie had certain unpleasant moments in it and warned to outlaw Pathaan in Madhya Pradesh if they weren’t changed.
