The 1990s port town setting gives the series a period backdrop that separates it from the usual contemporary crime format popular on streaming platforms.

When announcing the release, the makers posed the question: “What happens when three forces collide?”

Production details

The series is a production of Tamada Media and directed by Garry BH. Tamada Media is a Tamil digital content production company with a presence in the OTT and digital entertainment space. Director Garry BH takes on a period-set crime thriller with a sizable ensemble cast.

The 1990s setting suggests heavy production design work to reconstruct a coastal port town from that era. The show’s teaser framing around three colliding forces suggests a multi-protagonist structure rather than a single hero narrative.
