‘Jigra’ OTT release: When and where to watch Alia Bhatt’s thriller?
Alia Bhatt's action thriller 'Jigra' is set to make its digital debut, offering a gripping story of love, loyalty, and high-stakes adventure.
Aadai also stars Bijili Ramesh, Vivek Prasanna and Sarithran in pivotal roles.
The teaser of Tamil film Aadai, starring Amala Paul, is out. Bollywood filmmaker and producer Karan Johar announced the news on social media.
Opening with a quote from the French philosopher Jean Paul Sartre, “Freedom is what you do with what’s been done to you”, the teaser creates and holds the suspenseful tension without revealing anything.
After Amala Paul, who plays the main lead in the film, goes missing her mother reports at the police station of her apparent disappearance which then becomes a police hunt in a mysterious high-rise.

Karan wrote, “‘Freedom is what you do with what’s been done to you.’ Presenting #Aadai a Tamil film that breaks the shackles of the status quo. Starring the bold, beautiful & badass @Amala_ams. Directed by @MrRathna produced by @vstudiosoffl @thisisoorka @vijaykartik_k. [sic]”
The upcoming thriller is being helmed by Meyaadha Maan fame director Rathna Kumar and produced by Viji Subramaniyan under the production banner V Studios.
Amala thanked Karan Johar on Twitter by posting a heartfelt message: “Thank you for the kind words @karanjohar sir with your support #Aadai will go on to break boundaries. Thanks a ton, once again from me and team #aadai #AadaiTeaser [sic].”
Aadai also stars Bijili Ramesh, Vivek Prasanna and Sarithran in pivotal roles.
The film will release in Tamil and Telugu languages.
