Vivek Oberoi starrer PM Narendra Modi film’s music album is out. The six-song album is getting positive reviews.

The music has been composed by Shashi-Khushi and Hitesh Modak, each composing three songs for the film. Shashi-Khushi composed Saugandh Mujhe Iss Mitti Ki, which is sung by Sukhwinder Singh and Shashi Suman.

Renowned lyricist Prasoon Joshi penned the song taking inspiration from the Prime Minister’s speech to serve the nation.

The duo also recreated the 90’s hit Suno Gaur Se Duniya Walo which has been sung by Shankar Mahadevan’s son Siddharth and accompanied by Shashi Suman.

Fakeera is another track that has been sung by Raja Hasan.

The chanting Namo Namo, which gained attention in the backdrop of the 2014 election, that led BJP to a majority in the government, has been given the form of a rap song on Modi.

The track has been done by Hitesh Modak, who has also composed Meri Nazar Mein sung by Javed Ali.

Another recreated track is from Deepa Mehta’s film, 1947: Earth. Ishwar Allah has been sung by Suvarna Tiwari. The song celebrates the greatest religion of the world, which is humanity.

The entire album has been programmed and produced by Meghdeep Bose and Hitesh Modak, who has also done the background score of the film. The audio has been mixed and mastered by Tausif Shaikh.

T-Series is the music partner of the film.

On Monday, the Delhi High Court dismissed a plea that sought stay on the release of the film. Parties such as DMK and Congress had earlier written to the Election Commission demanding a stay on the film’s release.
