Siddhant Chaturvedi established himself with his nuanced performance as MC Sher in Zoya Akhtar’s film Gully Boy.
Reliving his character from the film, Chaturvedi recently took to stage to rap for the public at an event in a college in south Mumbai.
The actor has also garnered a massive following social media after the release of Gully Boy.
Chaturvedi interacted with fans, many of whom look up to him as a role model for youngsters. He chose the Gully Boy avatar to interact with his fans and rapped a freestyle song for the live audience.
The actor, who debuted with Excel Entertainment’s web series Inside Edge, will return to the franchise’s second installment titled Inside Edge 2.
In Gully Boy, starring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, Sidhant played MC Sher – a rapper and mentor to Ranveer Singh’s character Murad and helps him recognise and polish his talent.
