Actress Sydney Sweeney speaks out against producer Carol Baum's disparaging remarks on her talent and appearance, igniting industry backlash.
Actor Janhvi Kapoor shares the first look for her upcoming feature film “Good Luck Jerry” which will release on Disney+ Hotstar on July 29. The actor took to her Instagram and shared posters, among which one of the posters show her with a nose ring, aiming at someone with a pistol in her hand. Another poster shows her hiding from someone.
Sharing the posters, Janhvi wrote, “Nikal Padi hu main ek naye adventure par, GoodLuck nahi bolenge (I have set out on a new adventure, won’t you say good luck) #GoodLuckJerry streaming from 29th July on @disneyplushotstar.” Many of her fans wished her “good luck” for the film in the comments section.

Good Luck Jerry is directed by Sidharth Sengupta and features Janhvi in the titular role of Jerry. The film also stars Deepak Dobriyal, Mita Vashisht, Neeraj Sood, and Sushant Singh. It is a black comedy and a remake of the 2018 Tamil film Kolamaavu Kokila.
On the work front, Janhvi will be next seen in Nitesh Tiwari’s flick Bawaal alongside Varun Dhawan. She is also filming for Mr. And Mrs. Mahi, in which she plays a role of a cricketer alongside Rajkummar Rao which is a Mathukutty Xavier directorial under Boney Kapoor production. The film also features Sunny Kaushal and Manoj Pahwa.
