President launches India’s first home-grown therapy for cancer
President Droupadi Murmu on Thursday launched India’s first home-grown gene therapy for cancer at IIT Bombay, calling it a shining example of the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
Nitesh Tiwari’s film Chhichhore has already attracted the interest of audience, especially college-goers. The multistarrer film is a period drama that revolves around a group of college friends who reunite decades after their college lives end.
Sushant Singh Rajput, Shraddha Kapoor and Varun Sharma starrer was screened for IIT Bombay students and alumni. Around 2000 students gathered for the big show. As the film is based on the life of IITians, students were amused to watch the film.
Taking to social media, makers shared a behind-the-scenes video from the screening. “Special screening for #IITBombay. Truly humbled by the response to #Chhichhore by the IITians! Thank you for the abundant love!”,Fox Star studios wrote on Twitter.

The video shows a glimpse of the enthusiasm and excitement of students who were present. Along with the director, Chhichhore’s cast including Saharsh Kumar Shukla, Tushar Pandey, Naveen Polishetty, Tahir Raj Bhasin and Nalneesh Neel were also present on the occasion.
Chhichhore marks the third collaboration of Sajid Nadiadwala and Fox Star Studios after they delivered hits like Judwaa 2 and Baaghi 2.
Chhichhore is slated to release on September 6, 2019.
