Mumbai Police investigates Ranveer Singh deepfake
Mumbai Police takes action after actor Ranveer Singh files complaint regarding deepfake video, signaling a crackdown on digital deception.
Ranveer Singh who never fails to surprise his fans with his choice of films seems to have a busy year ahead. Ranveer will be next seen in Simmba and Gully Boy. He is also part of Kabir Khan’s film based on the life of Kapil Dev. And now, if latest reports are to be believed, Ranveer Singh can also be on board for Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra’s next film.
According to a report in DNA, Rakeysh is planning two projects — one is a sports film with its plot revolving around the game of kabaddi, while the other will be about the father-son relationship.

Ranveer Singh has been approached for one of the two films. “Ranveer and Rakeysh met and discussed working together. The filmmaker has bounced off the ideas to Ranveer, but nothing has been locked yet. They are going to have a few more meetings before they zero in on the film,” The DNA report said quoting a source.

Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh is going through a massive physical transformation for Rohit Shetty’s film Simmba. He is undergoing an excruciating workout session to attain a bulked-up body for the film.
Alongside Ranveer, Sonu Sood and Sara Ali Khan will be seen in a pivotal role in Simmba. The film is slated to hit the theatres on December 28, 2018.
