Fans noticed something unusual right away; Ranveer appears in two completely different avatars in the film.

On March 9, Ranveer Singh shared a striking poster from the film on social media. The image shows the actor in two intense characters: Jaskirat Singh Rangi and Hamza Ali Mazari. Both looks are dramatically different.

Ranveer accompanied the poster with a dramatic caption: ‘“THE WRATH OF GOD IS COMING #DhurandharTheRevenge Releasing In Cinemas Worldwide on 19th March 2026 in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada & Malayalam.”’
The phrase immediately sparked curiosity online.
Just two days before the poster drop, the makers released the film’s trailer on March 7. The preview gave audiences their first real glimpse of what the sequel has in store.
The trailer also hinted that the sequel will expand the world created in the original film.
The first ‘Dhurandhar’ introduced viewers to espionage story. The plot followed an undercover Indian intelligence officer who enters Karachi to infiltrate dangerous criminal and political networks.
His mission was to stop a terror operation targeting India. The film blended spy missions, intelligence warfare and action-heavy storytelling.
