Alia Bhatt who turned 25th today (March 15) is having a working birthday. Due to her packed schedule, as she shoots for her upcoming film Brahmastra, the actress is unable to take the day off. She will be celebrating her birthday with Ranbir Kapoor and Ayan Mukherji.
On her 25th birthday, the charming actress wished herself on her Instagram handle, by sharing the glimpse of her character Sehmat from her upcoming film Raazi.
She wrote, “Movies or in this case MY movies aren’t just something I do for a living… it’s kinda the reason I feel like I’m alive SO…On my 25th birthday I’ve randomly picked out two images from the 25th DAY of the shoot of RAAZI and and and the TRAILER will be out 25 days from today(9th April)… Happy Birthday to me.”

In one still, the Alia sports a light blue tee and a maroon jacket deep in conversation with another character. And in another still, Alia donning a grey burkha with an intense look on her face.
In the caption, she also revealed that Raazi trailer would be out 25 days from today i.e. on 9 April. Raazi is directed by Meghna Gulzar and also stars Vicky Kaushal. The storyline of Raazi is based on the best-selling book by Harinder Sikka titled Calling Sehmat. Alia’s character, who is Kashmiri, is an Indian spy while being married to a Pakistani Army official, which is played by Vicky.
Raazi is slated to release on May 11, 2018.
