Farzi 2: Raashii Khanna unveils shooting delay secrets
Raashii Khanna sheds light on the delay in shooting for "Farzi 2" alongside Shahid Kapoor, citing director commitments as the primary reason.
The popular Bollywood stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Shahid Kapoor were seen last in the film Milenge Milenge. Apparently, the actors share a common film Udta Punjab but they did not share the screen space in the film.
The Unconventional Director, Imtiaz Ali roped Shahid Kapoor in for his next film and sources are churning news that they will work on the sequel of Jab We Met. The Bollywood diva and ex of Shahid, Kareena will be approached. By far it’s good news for fans as they might see ex-flames on the silver screen once again.
While talking about his project, Imtiaz said, “Shahid and I wanted to do a film together. Hopefully, we will. But these things are announced only when the fine print is done. There’s no secret. I cannot say anything till I finalize; we won’t issue a statement.”

When asked if Kareena will be a part of the film, Imtiaz said, “That thought hasn’t come to us yet. We’ve not come this far.”
The ex-lovers now share a cordial relationship with each other. Reports suggest that Shahid even invited Kareena for his wedding. Regarding this, the actress had then said, ”I wish him all the best. It’s a great decision. I met him at YRF a few months ago and he told me he was getting married and I congratulated him.”
On the work front, Shahid’s upcoming project after Padmaavat is Batti Gul Meter Chalu, co-starring Yami Gautam, and Shraddha Kapoor. Kareena will next be seen in chick flick Veere Di Wedding. Imtiaz Ali next direction is Brahmastra starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt.
