Though Amitabh Bachchan has been active on other platforms like X (formerly Twitter) and Tumblr for years, his latest attempt to understand Instagram looks quite fun.

Apart from his online experiments, the legendary actor is also preparing for the next season of his much-loved TV quiz show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ (KBC). The show, which first aired on July 3, 2000, recently celebrated 25 years on Indian television.

Bachchan, who made his TV debut with KBC, reflected on this journey in a blog post: “Didn’t even realize, and 25 years just went by,” he wrote in Hindi.

‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ was originally adapted from the British show ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’ and has since become a cultural phenomenon in India. The new season is going to begin on August 11 on Sony TV.

In cinema, Amitabh Bachchan last appeared in the Tamil film ‘Vettaiyan’, where he shared the screen with megastar Rajinikanth, along with actors Manju Warrier and Fahadh Faasil. The film brought together some of the biggest names in Indian cinema.
