Amitabh Bachchan to receive Lata Deenanath Mangeshkar Award
Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan to be honored with the prestigious Lata Mangeshkar Award for his outstanding contributions, joining a distinguished list of recipients.
Pink duo Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu are coming back together in yet another thriller. Titled Badla, the film will be helmed by Sujoy Ghosh. On Monday afternoon, Shah Rukh Khan and Amitabh Bachchan had a small Twitter banter that left the fans wondering.
King Khan tweeted, “Main aap se Badla lene aa raha hoon @SrBachchan saab! Taiyaar rahiyega…” To this, Amitabh replied: “Arey bhai @iamsrk, Badla lene ka time toh nikal gaya .. Ab toh sab ko Badla dene ka time hai .”

Shah Rukh Khan, whose Red Chillies Entertainment is bankrolling the film Badla along with Azure Entertainment, shared the posters.
He wrote, “Maaf Kar Dena Har Baar Sahi Nahin Hota.” Shah Rukh captioned the posters, “Ab mahaul kuch Badla Badla sa lag raha hai. Here’s the first look of Badla featuring @SrBachchan and @taapsee ! The posters from Sujoy Ghosh’s film are quite intriguing as is its tagline: “Maaf kar dena har baar sahi nahi hota.” The film is said to be a murder mystery and is an official remake of 2017 Spanish thriller Contratiempo.
Replying to Shah Rukh’s tweet, Taapsee shared Amitabh’s poster and wrote, “.@iamsrk Galat cheez maang li aap ne… ab toh ban gayi film. Par phir bhi kuch lena hi hai toh ye Badla ka poster hi le lijiye! @SrBachchan looking great here. #BadlaTrailerTomorrow @sujoy_g.”
