Yoga, for a lot of people, has become more than just a set of exercise; it is a way of living and helps a person to attain better physical and mental health. It also improves flexibility in body and posture, increases blood flow, protects the spine, lowers blood sugar, helps you focus, maintains the nervous system and provides a good balance.

Different people have different ways of exercising and as June 21 marks the International Yoga Day, Bollywood celebrities are celebrating the day in their own ways. Here is what they have to say.

Actor Sidharth Malhotra showcased his own ‘aasan’ titled ‘SidAasan’ and extended wishes to his fans on the occasion of International Day of Yoga.
