Critical Minerals Summit in Delhi from Monday
The Ministry of Mines will hold a Critical Minerals Summit from April 29 to April 30 at the India Habitat Centre in Lodhi Estate, New Delhi, the ministry said in a press note on Sunday.
Renowned singer Adnan Sami is all set to captivate Delhiites with his mesmerizing voice once again at his upcoming performance in the national capital this week.
Adnan, a key headliner of the Moonrise Festival, is slated to take the stage at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium on February 10.
Expressing his excitement about the upcoming gig, Adnan shared in a video message, “This Valentine’s Day, I am set to quicken your heartbeat in India’s heart, Delhi, on February 10th. See you there.”

With a career spanning years, Adnan has continually enchanted his fans. Credited as the first individual to play Indian classical music on the piano, he pioneered a unique style blending it with the Santoor, and is proficient in over 35 musical instruments. His contributions to the music industry include numerous melodious songs.
He is renowned for chart-topping tracks like ‘Bhar Do Jholi’ from Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan, ‘Tera Chehra Jab Nazar Aye’, ‘Lift Karadey’, ‘Kabhi To Nazar Milao’, and ‘Sathiya’.
Adnan Sami acquired Indian citizenship in 2016, under humanitarian grounds, after his Pakistani passport expired and was not renewed by the government.
Additionally, Adnan is a recipient of the Padma Shri, India’s fourth-highest civilian award, which he received during a ceremony held in New Delhi in 2021. Expressing his gratitude for the honor, Adnan stated to ANI, “Sometimes you don’t have words to express yourself. Thankful to Govt. Thankful to people, nothing is possible without them. I dedicate this to my father-mother. It’s not only an honour but also a responsibility, which I’ll try to carry out well.”
His debut record in India was a duet with the legendary Asha Bhosle.
In 2022, Adnan surprised his fans with a remarkable physical transformation. Sharing a few images from his vacation in the Maldives on Instagram, he quickly became the talk of the town due to his chiseled jawline. (ANI)
