Uttarakhand Police team concluded its expedition to Mount Everest on Monday, with three more cops scaling the world’s highest peak.

Sanjay Upreti, Ravi Chauhan and Virendra Kala reached the summit on Monday morning to bring cheers to the state police.

Earlier on Sunday, five members of the Uttarakhand Police – Manoj Joshi, Bijender Kudiyal, Suryakant Uniyal, Parveen Chauhan and Yogesh Rawat – had scaled Mount Everest.

A team of the Uttarakhand Police had left for Everest expedition on 29 March.
