Kejriwal is greedy of chair: MP CM

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav said on Friday that Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has become greedy of the chair by not resigning from the CM post despite being arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

Dr Yadav commented that it is shameful to go to jail while being the CM of a state. He pointed out that there has been a system in the country that if any one on a post is accused of something, then the person immediately resigns and does not take back the post till proven innocent.

Dr Yadav said when Kejriwal received nine summons from the ED in connection with the Delhi liquor scam, he should have immediately resigned from the CM post and assumed charge of CM again only if the court acquitted him.

AAP workers and leaders staged a protest outside the MP BJP office in Bhopal.

The protesters held placards, which read ‘Stop Misusing ED and CBI.’ The demonstrators shouted slogans like ‘Modi jab jab darta hai, police ko aage karta hai’.

MP AAP President Ramakant Patel said the party protested across MP today. Patel averred that the protests would continue against the BJP, specially Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is using the central agencies to bully the opposition.
