Residents of Delhi-NCR region felt strong tremors as an earthquake struck the area on Thursday morning.
As per the data provided by the National Centre of Seismology, a 4.4 magnitude earthquake jolted the region at around 9:04 AM, with the epicentre in Haryana’s Jhajjar, at a depth of 10 kilometres.

The quake shook the buildings, prompting the natives to rush outdoors. However, reportedly there have been no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
Strong tremors were felt in Delhi, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and parts of Punjab.
