No contravention of legal proceedings in Kejriwal’s arrest, rules Delhi HC
The court said there was no contravention of legal provisions regarding the arrest.
Actor Jacqueline Fernandez was granted bail on Tuesday by Delhi’s Patiala House Court in Rs 200 crore money laundering case involving conman Sukesh Chandrashekar and others.
The court granted bail in the money laundering case on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 2 lakh and one surety in the like amount.
The court had on August 31 accepted the supplementary charge sheet filed by the Enforcement Directorate and asked Fernandez to appear before the court.
