“The matter came to light on Tuesday, when a 22-year-old man, Bansi, from Amarpuri, was fatally stabbed by them at Tel Mil Gali in Delhi’s Nabi Karim,” a senior officer said.

He, in his statement, further added, “It was found that the attack stemmed from a long-standing neighbourhood dispute.”

Bansi had sustained multiple stab wounds and was announced dead by the attending doctors when rushed to the hospital.
With this information, the officers promptly registered a case under sections 103(1)/3(5) of BNS at Nabi Karim Police Station.

During the investigation, the CCTV footage of the area was meticulously analysed, along with the local intelligence, technical surveillance, and human informants. The police team conducted a search operation, spanning Raghubir Nagar, Anand Parbat, Sadar Bazar, Paharganj, Nabi Karim, and the NCR regions.

Further scrutiny disclosed that Pravesh and Pankaj had prior criminal involvement, with a case registered against them under Sections 324/34 IPC at Nabi Karim Police Station.

Although the four accused are in custody, one suspect, Shiva, remains at large. Police have intensified raids to track him down, said the police.
