Shri SK Sinha has assumed charge as Director (Finance) at GAIL (India) Limited, the company announced on Tuesday.
Before joining the company’s Board of Directors, Sinha was serving as Executive Director (Finance & Accounts).

A Cost and Management Accountant, Sinha has more than three decades of experience in the oil and gas sector. His areas of expertise include corporate finance, corporate accounts, management accounting, investor relations, taxation, treasury and banking operations, costing, budgeting, project evaluation, and mergers and acquisitions.

According to GAIL, Sinha joined the company as a Management Trainee (Finance & Accounts) in 1994 and has held several key positions across its finance functions during his career.
The company said he has contributed to strengthening its financial systems, improving investor engagement and supporting strategic financial decision-making.
