Nation-wise digital life certificate campaign 4.0

Govt. of India, Department of Pension and Pensioner’s Welfare (DoPPW) has advised launching of Digital Life Certificate (DLC) 4.0 campaign from 1st of November 2025 to 30th of November 2025 for digital empowerment of the Pensioners. The campaign is being executed in collaboration with PSBs and other Govt. Departments and Pensioner’s Welfare association. The State Bank of India, a pioneer in banking Sector, is organising camps covering 115 Cities / Towns at multiple locations throughout India.

SBI, New Delhi Circle is organizing mega camps in 13 Cities / Towns in Delhi and NCR Regions, Western Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand State. New Delhi Circle CGM Shri Debasish Mishra launched the campaign at circle level which will run from 1st to 30th November 2025 at all branches of Circle. It is also planned to organize health check-up camps, cyber security awareness sessions and wealth management programmes in these camps. Digital Life Certificate (DLC) a revolution and ease of doing business for senior citizens has been gaining attention by all.

It saves visit to the banks/treasurers for submitting annual life certificate by pensioners (in the month of October and November). The process is seamless and two-factor authentication enabled.
