US-based iLink Digital has acquired a majority stake in FourNxt, a leading expert in AI and HyperAutomation with strong operations in India and the Middle East.

The strategic acquisition, advised by SA Global Advisors (SA), marks a significant step in iLink Digital’s plan to scale its global AI delivery capabilities and tap into two of the fastest-growing digital ecosystems in the world, according to a company statement.

With this deal, iLink Digital strengthens its AI and automation infrastructure while gaining access to FourNxt’s India-based delivery engine and proprietary AI governance platform, HyperTransform. These assets are expected to significantly enhance iLink’s ability to deliver enterprise-scale AI transformation programs, including data-driven automation, predictive analytics, and generative AI applications.

“This acquisition is a clear example of US and European capital making a strategic move into the region’s accelerating AI landscape,” said Pravin Advani, Founder and Managing Partner of SA Global Advisors.

For SA Global Advisors, this transaction represents its third AI-focused acquisition advisory in just six months, reinforcing its leadership in the Data, AI, and Automation M&A space. The firm’s growing portfolio of cross-border deals reflects an increasing appetite among Western investors for high-value technology assets in emerging markets.

The acquisition also highlights a broader global trend of “buy versus build” strategies among technology majors seeking to fast-track AI adoption.

Rather than developing capabilities from scratch, many companies are acquiring innovative regional players to gain instant access to talent, intellectual property, and market networks, especially in countries like India, which has emerged as a global hub for AI innovation and digital delivery.
