Gautam Adani’s wealth from the real estate business declined by 7% to ₹52,320 crore in the year ending June 2025, making him the third-richest individual in the sector.

According to the Grohe-Hurun India Real Estate 150 list, DLF’s Rajiv Singh remains the wealthiest in the real estate sector with a fortune of ₹1.27 lakh crore.

He is followed by BJP leader and Maharashtra minister Mangal Prabhat Lodha, whose wealth stands at ₹92,340 crore.

The cumulative wealth of the 150 companies featured in the list grew by 14% over the year, a sharp slowdown compared to the 70% surge recorded the previous year.

Rajiv Singh’s wealth grew by 3% during the year, while Lodha’s saw a modest 1% increase.

Schloss Bangalore, led by Deepak Parekh and valued at ₹13,600 crore, remains the youngest company on the list.

Among the top 10 individuals, most saw single-digit growth in their wealth, except Bengaluru-based Raja Bagmane, whose net worth jumped 29% to ₹25,270 crore, and Atul Ruia, whose ₹26,410 crore fortune increased by 10%.
