UP to witness mini Assembly poll after Lok Sabha elections
Uttar Pradesh is set for a mini assembly election after the Lok Sabha polls are over as around 15 legislators are contesting the parliamentary elections.
The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has released the schedule of class 10th and 12th board exams, 2024 starting from February 22, 2024.
The examinations will be completed within a fortnight and will end on March 9. An announcement to this effect was made by Secretary of the Board Divya Kant Shukla here on Thursday.
More than 29.47 lakh candidates will appear in the 10th Board examination while over 25.60 lakh candidates will appear in the 12th Board examination.

The UP Board will hold the examination for the 10th and 12th classes in two shifts. The first shift will be held from 8.30 am to 11.45 am while the second shift will be held from 2 pm to 5.15 pm.
The 10th exam will start with the Hindi paper on February 22 while the commerce paper will be held in the second shift. The 12th exam will start with the Military Science paper while the second shift will have the Hindi paper.
