The results of the State Bank of India Junior Associate Clerk Preliminary exam 2018 was released on Tuesday, 24 July. Candidates who appeared for the SBI Clerk prelim examination can check their results online on the official website of the bank – sbi.co.in/careers.
The exams were conducted on three days – 23 June, 24 June and 30 June. It was expected that the results will be announced on 18 July but got delayed due to inexplicable reasons.
Successful candidates can now appear for the JA Clerk Main exam, which is scheduled to be held on 5 August.

The SBI JA Mains exam will be an objective type exam of 200 marks. The duration of the exam is set for 2 hours and 40 minutes.
Candidates will, however, have to wait for the admit cards of the Main exam the expected date of which was 23 July. But SBI will release the admit card soon.
How to check the SBI JA 2018 Prelim result:
Step 1: Log in to the SBI Careers official website: sbi.co.in/careers
Step 2: Find ‘Join SBI’ tab and click on ‘Current Openings’
Step 3: Click on the ad for ‘Recruitment of Junior Associate’
Step 4: Click on the link for the JA Clerk results
Step 5: Enter details such as roll number and registration number
Step 6: Click on ‘Submit’.
Step 7: Check your result. Take a print out for future reference.
Candidates might face difficulty in accessing the official website due to heavy traffic.
