Minister of State for Women and Family Welfare Chandrima Bhattacharya today said that the Trinamul Congress will be able to bag almost all 42 Lok Sabha seats in the forthcoming Parliament Elections with the support of women in West Bengal. Addressing a party workers especially for women meet at Ambari in Jalpaiguri today, Ms Bhattacharya said: “The Trinamul Congress came to power in 2021 with the support of women voters.
In Lok Sabha Polls the Trinamul Congress will win all 42 seats with the support of women.” She has also criticised the BJP on the issue of Ram Temple and the BJP state president’s appeal to the CM to declare holiday on 22 January. “My party doesn’t encourage religious polarization in politics,” she said.
