Prant Karyavah, RSS, Dr Jisnu Basu, said, “If the people of Kolkata are not aware, if the conscious and educated people with real intelligence do not become active and vocal, then the life of Bengalis will come to an end.”

“Bengali Hindus were the pioneer of India’s renaissance. Bengali Hindus made the greatest contribution in the struggle for freedom in the few countries that have emerged as independent states in this subcontinent. The existence of these Bengali Hindus is endangered today,” Dr Basu said, adding, “Those who are directly or indirectly responsible for endangering this existence also need to be identified. Those who dramatically said, a few days ago, ‘we will not go anywhere else’.
