Metro carries 4.65L passengers on a holiday

For the benefit of the aspirants of the 2nd State Level Selection Test to be conducted by West Bengal School Service Commission on 7 September, Metro Railway will run usual services from 9 a.m. on Blue Line and Green Line.

With concerted efforts of Metro Railway as a team and active cooperation of commuters, Metro services have been running smoothly on Friday. Up to 6 p.m. on Friday, despite being a holiday, around 4.65 lakh commuters have travelled in all the corridors of the Metro Railway. Out of which 3.39 lakh have travelled in Blue Line and 1.13 lakh have travelled in Green Line.
