The activists alleged that some female employees of the school had complained that the management was forcing them to attend Church services and convert to Christianity.

They further alleged that when the employees refused, the management dismissed them from their jobs.

The activists lodged a written complaint to the police, demanding strict action against the school management officials they held responsible, as well as the principal, Father Somi Jacob.

The activists staged a protest at the school and vandalised property.

According to police officials, an investigation has been launched into the complaint, and further action will be taken on the basis of the probe’s outcome.
