PM Modi holds talks with Myanmar President U Min Aung Hlaing; discusses trade, border management
U Min Aung Hlaing's five-day visit to India comes less than two months after he became the president of Myanmar after high-stakes parliament elections.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to lay the foundation stone and inaugurate multiple development projects worth ₹18,000 crore in Gujarat’s Surat as well as an airport in the Union Territory of Daman on June 5.
Surat Collector Tejas Parmar informed that the Prime Minister will arrive in Surat and visit the industrial facility in Hazira area at around 2.45 p.m., PTI reported.

After that, PM Modi will take part in a public function at the indoor stadium in Surat. During the event, the Prime Minister will inaugurate and lay foundation stones of various projects.

According to officials, he will then travel to Daman to inaugurate a civilian airport.
The airport has been built adjacent to the Indian Coast Guard airstrip. Besides this, PM Modi will also inaugurate the Marwad Government Hospital located near the airport, PTI reported.
During the day, Prime Minister Modi will address another public gathering at the Swami Vivekananda Ground.
According to officials, he will virtually inaugurate and lay foundation stones for multiple development projects in the Union Territory during the event.
