A few days ago, another Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena Sanjay Dina Patil met Eknath Shinde. Sources also said that Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena MP from Parbhani Sanjay Jadhav is also in touch with Shinde.

Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena Lok Sabha MP Nagesh Patil Ashtikar’s meeting with Deputy CM Eknath Shinde is only the latest among such parleys which have come to light.

In fact, Nagesh Patil Ashtikar’s meeting with Eknath Shinde does not exactly come as a surprise, since he was known to be in touch with the ruling NJP-led Mahayuti alliance earlier as well.

Earlier, on the occasion of Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena Lok Sabha MP Nagesh Patil Ashtikar’s birthday, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had called him and wished him.

Meanwhile, in a related development, Ramsharan Chandelia, who is known to be a staunch supporter of Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena leader Anil Parab, joined the Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena along with more than 500 of his workers on Monday.

Ramsharan Chandelia was branch chief of the Uddhav Thackeray-led Shiv Sena from ward number 92.

Chandelia officially joined the Shinde-led Sena in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde himself on Monday.
