Aneet’s tribute was a long emotional conversation with the man she called the only love of her life. She revealed how her grandfather, even in his fading memory, never forgot her affection.

In her words, “You were drifting away, but you didn’t forget makhan. You held on to love, even when you couldn’t hold on to memory.”

She promised to carry forward everything he taught her. “I will hold on to both. I will carry all our years together. I will be a good person. I will carry your jokes and repeat them every chance I get. I will carry your kindness and your light into every dark room,” she wrote.

Aneet also said she would preserve his stories and share them with the world, keeping his warmth alive through her words and actions.

In another touching line, she added, “I will carry your love, you taught me the purest, most unconditional kind.” The actress also shared a deeply emotional moment, saying, “I spotted the brightest star in the sky today, and I knew where you went. I love you. I love you. I love you, Dadu. I love you so much. Always, beyond what time can hold.”

Along with the message, Aneet posted a photograph of herself holding her grandfather’s hand for the last time.

On the professional front, Aneet Padda stepped into the film industry with her debut movie ‘Saiyaara’, which released in 2025. Directed by Mohit Suri, the romantic drama also featured Ahaan Pandey in a lead role and marked her entry into cinema.

Despite her personal loss, Aneet continues to move ahead in her career. She is currently preparing for her next project titled ‘Shakti Shalini’.
