‘Perfect on the outside, breaking inside’: Sandeepa Dhar on playing a girl who feels invisible

Actress Sandeepa Dhar says her upcoming film Do Deewane Seher Mein stayed with her because it speaks about something many people feel but rarely admit, being ignored.

Sandeepa says Naina is someone many people will recognise. “She smiles and looks like she has everything under control. But deep down, she feels disconnected from herself,” she shared.

According to the actress, this kind of pressure is common today. There is always an expectation to look perfect, even when things are not okay inside.
