“In a world that measures love in decibels… choose a quieter romance,” she wrote, encouraging people to look beyond loud expressions of affection.
Her words hinted at the idea that love does not always need an audience.
Smriti went on to reflect on self-validation. According to her, true strength comes from within, not from external approval.
She encouraged people to love themselves “without the audience, without the applause.” She wrote about centering one’s soul so deeply that no storm can pull a person into despair.
Her message was clear, when you are at peace with yourself, life becomes easier to handle. When you truly find yourself, love stops feeling like something you must chase.
Instead, it begins to feel calm and steady. “Become your own safe place. Your own steady pulse. Your own home,” she wrote.
