A car lost control and fell into a drain in Noida’s Sector 70 on Friday. Luckily, no one was injured in the incident. The Noida Police said personnel posted at the Phase 3 police station removed the car from the drain, and further necessary action is being taken.
Reports said the incident took place in Basai village when the driver of the car parked the vehicle near the drain and stepped out. The car suddenly slid and fell into the uncovered drain.

The driver panicked and dialled the local police for help. Noida police personnel swiftly reached the spot and brought the car out of the drain with the help of local people.

Since there were no other occupants in the car, as per reports, there were no injuries or casualties in the incident.
The incident brought back memories of the January 18 incident in Noida’s Sector 150 when a techie lost his life after his car plunged into a water-filled pit, which had been dug for the construction of a society.
