Dr. Neha Singh, a renowned international painter and Guinness World Record holder from Kashi (Varanasi), has once again prepared to bring glory to India.
Dedicated to the pride and dedication of the Uttar Pradesh Police, Dr. Neha has created the world’s largest ‘police emblem’ (police badge). With this 3-meter x 2.4-meter badge, India is now ready to challenge the existing record held by the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

On Wednesday, Dr. Neha stated that the current record for the world’s largest police badge is held by the Ras Al Khaimah Police (UAE), measuring 1.54 meters x 1.15 meters. The new emblem created by her is almost twice as large.
This magnificent artwork took approximately one year and six months to complete. Weighing 3.2 kilograms, this massive emblem has been crafted using the intricate ‘Zari embroidery’ technique.
The grand artwork was unveiled by Ravindra Jaiswal, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Uttar Pradesh, and Varanasi Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal.
Dr. Neha said, “This artwork is not only an attempt at a world record but also a tribute to the sacrifice and service of our police force. It is a confluence of Uttar Pradesh’s artistic heritage and respect for the khaki uniform.”
The process of officially registering this achievement with ‘Guinness World Records’ has been initiated. This will be a historic moment not only for Uttar Pradesh but for all of India when the largest global record in honor of the Uttar Pradesh Police is registered in India’s name.
