If anyone thought Mumbai would keep its cool on a Sunday night, Linkin Park clearly didn’t get that memo. Days after shaking Bengaluru, the legendary rock band stormed into the city at Lollapalooza India 2026 and turned the festival grounds into one giant emotional karaoke session. Think raised hands, hoarse voices, teary eyes and zero regrets.
This was Linkin Park’s long-awaited India moment, and they made sure it counted. Owning the main stage like they never left the charts, the band delivered a powerful, career-spanning set.

Old favourites like ‘Numb’, ‘In The End’, ‘Crawling’, ‘Faint’ hit the crowd hard. Newer tracks such as ‘The Emptiness Machine’ and ‘Heavy Is The Crown’ proved that the band’s sound is still very much alive and evolving.

Tens of thousands of fans sang every word back to the band, turning the arena into a single, booming chorus. Phones were up, voices were cracked, and strangers hugged like old friends.
Frontman Mike Shinoda, visibly moved, paused to thank Indian fans. “Thank you so much for supporting the band over the years, especially the new music. And thank you for patiently waiting for us and consistently asking for us to be here!”
The cheers that followed probably echoed across the city.
Linkin Park wasn’t the only act pulling heartstrings and dance moves. R&B star Kehlani brought smooth, effortless soul with ‘Nights Like This’, while pop favourites LANY had fans swaying and singing along to ‘Malibu Nights’.
Over on another stage, UK bass sensation Sammy Virji flipped the mood completely turning the space into a non-stop dance floor with ‘Daga Da’. Calum Scott slowed things down with emotional singalongs like ‘You Are The Reason’, leaving many wiping away happy tears.
Adding global flavour, collective Nubiyan Twist grooved with ‘Lights Out’, while electronic duo BUNT. lifted spirits with ‘Clouds’.
Co-produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live, the fourth edition of Lollapalooza India delivered big feelings.
