Two tents gutted as fire breaks out at Magh Mela; luckily, no casualties reported

Fire in the Magh Mela in Prayagraj of Uttar Pradesh sent panic among the visitors. The flames of the fire that broke out in a camp of Sector 4 in the Sangam Lower area were visible from a distance.

Eight fire tenders reached the spot and brought the fire under control with a lot of effort.

While the cause of the fire is still not clear as yet, according to sources, the fire is suspected to have broken out due to a short circuit. However, there is no news of any casualty in the fire incident.

According to officials, two tents have been reduced to ashes due to the fire.
