Based on a tip-off, the local police and investigative teams conducted raids at several retail and stocking locations, suspected of dealing in counterfeit products.

In North 24-Parganas the items recovered included large quantities from a refilling unit in Ali Haidar Road, Titagarh, where 2,540 finished twin-refill packs of Flash (90 ml each), 600 filled bottles, 1,860 empty bottles, 6,200 labels, and 6,500 packing boxes were seized.
