Hugh Grant has been honoured with numerous prestigious awards over the years, including a British Academy Film Award and a Golden Globe, along with nominations for two Primetime Emmy Awards. In 2006, he was also presented with an Honorary César, and in 2022, Time Out magazine ranked him among Britain’s 50 greatest actors of all time, further underlining his enduring impact on global cinema.

The meeting between Omar and the popular actor took place on the sidelines of an annual summit organised by a newspaper. Grant, who attended the summit as a special guest, was seen engaging warmly with several prominent Indian leaders and delegates.
