What is the movie about?
The film revolves in the era of the 1968 Vietnam War. It follows the elite US Army reconnaissance team called Vulture Squad. Their mission is to find a missing Green Beret platoon in the dense remote valleys of Vietnam.
But what they encounter is far more terrifying than human foes. It’s the de-extinct dinosaurs. Yes, you read that right.
The squad then faces a deadly fight for survival as they battle monstrous predators in a jungle full of danger.
‘Primitive War’ cast
The movie stars Ryan Kwanten, Tricia Helfer, Nick Wechsler, and Jeremy Piven, and is directed by Luke Sparke, who co-wrote the script with Ethan Pettus, the author of the 2017 novel the film is based on.
