A CT scan was conducted, and although she is conscious, she has been kept under observation. The doctor added that Tapati had not been taking her diabetes and blood pressure medication regularly.

Today, the Serampore sub-division administrator, Shambhudeep Sarkar, visited Konnagar Matri Sadan Hospital and spoke to the victim. She has been relieved of her BLO duties. Officers from Uttarpara police station also spoke to Tapati and her family members, assuring them of full cooperation.
