The new Tourism Policy and the Film Tourism Promotion Policy of the state are expected to be unveiled at the event. These policies aim to boost tourism and encourage filmmakers to choose Rajasthan as their canvas for shooting, an official spokesman said.
The inaugural session will be followed by brainstorming sessions in which experts from the industry and stakeholders will discuss a wide range of themes—from film tourism and digital marketing to homestays, rural tourism, and investment opportunities.
Renowned film and television actor Rajeev Khandelwal will speak on the role of cinema in spotlighting Rajasthan on the global tourism map.
EaseMyTrip President Preeti Satyanarayan will offer insights into digital marketing strategies that can elevate Rajasthan’s global presence.
Co-creator of Lali Homestay Devyani Bhatnagar will highlight the growing potential of homestays in strengthening domestic tourism, while Clarks Group of Hotels Managing Director Apoorva Kumar will discuss how tourism can drive economic growth and attract sustainable investments.
“By bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and experts, the Tourism Pre-Summit will set the stage for deeper sectoral discussions at the ‘Pravasi Rajasthani Divas’. It will help shape a more holistic and future-ready vision for tourism development in the state,” the spokesman added.
