Rameez Nemath, according to a post retweeted by Rohini Acharya, is an associate of Sanjay Yadav, the RJD Rajya Sabha MP and key political advisor to Tejashwi Yadav.
Following RJD’s humiliating defeat in the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025, an ugly feud has surfaced within the family of party president Lalu Yadav. Social media posts of his daughter, Rohini Yadav, have now brought the infighting among siblings out in the open.
Rohini has levelled several allegations, claiming she was abused and humiliated in front of her parents and sisters, who, she claimed, were in tears when “someone” raised a slipper on her.

Earlier on Saturday, Rohini announced in a post on X that she was quitting politics and severing all ties with her family. In the post, she also mentioned two individuals — Sanjay Yadav and Rameez.

Who are Sanjay Yadav and Rameez mentioned in Rohini’s post:
Sanjay Yadav is an RJD leader and Rajya Sabha MP, who originally hails from Haryana. He is considered close to Tejashwi Yadav and plays a crucial role in deciding RJD’s political and election strategy.
Yadav is also considered to be the political advisor to RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav.
In one of her posts, Rohini had said, “Tell your brother, the son of that house, to donate his kidney or ask some Haryanvi friend of his to donate one…”
She was apparently referring to Sanjay Yadav as the “Haryanvi friend” of his brother Tejashwi Yadav.
His name had also surfaced when Lalu Yadav’s another son, Tej Pratap Yadav, was ousted from the family over a love affair. After the Bihar results, Tej Pratap had remarked that a “jaichand” has ruined the RJD.
Rameez Nemath, according to a post retweeted by Rohini Acharya, is an associate of Sanjay Yadav. Rameez hails from Balrampur in Uttar Pradesh. He is a former first class cricketer, who has reportedly played for Jharkhand.
Rameez is also considered close to Tejashwi Yadav, who himself is a former IPL and first class cricketer.
